"I visited Lacy Locks for the first time today to get hair extensions fitted after a previous hair disaster. I had my consultation with Ambarin, and she made me feel at ease straight away and went through every option available as well as suggesting what she thinks would be best for my hair. I booked in for an LA Weave and to have a full colour and I’m literally blown away by the transformation that they’ve done for me! Jordy&Claire did an amazing job of getting rid of my brown roots and yellow/orange banding and turned my hair into a beautiful platinum colour to match my extensions. Ambarin then fitted my weave, which was super quick pain-free and looks absolutely beautiful. The girls all really take their time to make sure every step of the process is perfect and just how you expect it to be. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything from extensions to getting their hair dyed. The salon is lovely and has such a friendly vibe, and the girls are absolutely amazing and have done a great job! I can’t wait to go back for maintenance!"

She were very patient and professional in her attitude, and nothing was too much trouble. We took a long time to choose just the correct shades of hair as I had two colours attached to my own hair. Also if I had to replace any damaged hair, which will sometimes happen, then this caused no trouble or fuss from her. She was only too concerned to ensure I was happy with my after-care service which I feel is vitally important to any client. "I had made lots of enquiries about micro ring weft hair extensions and had emailed lots of hairdressers. Lacy Locks was the only one that emailed me back straight away and continued to answer all my annoying little questions! Communication was excellent. I met Ambarin and the team and as soon as I walked into the salon I noticed it was well decorated, contemporary and had tv screens everywhere and magazines to prepare you for what I thought maybe a very long appointment putting in my hair extensions. However, I had so much fun chatting and giggling like I’d known Ambarin years that I didn’t get time to read or watch the tv! The environment is friendly and the staff are all bubbly and outgoing. It was like getting ready for a night out with the girls! Ambarin explained fully how the wefts would look and feel and what maintenance was required. They only took 2 hours to put in and she did a great job. She’s a perfectionist if she wasn’t happy with one positioning of a micro ring out it came and back in it went until she was happy it was perfect! You have to double-take on the price- but in a good way.Everywhere else seems to be double and plus, but there’s no compromise on quality. I’m addicted already and will be having the individual strands next time. Despite the weft looking great. It’s fair to say they are stuck with me now! Highly recommended."
